How do I upload my photos?

1. Pick the design you want from our website

2. Create a folder on your desktop with your name.

3. Drag your photos into it - if you want them to appear in your book in a specific order, please rename and number them (IMG_1, IMG_2 etc).

4. If you want to include any text inside your book, type it up on a word document and also place that inside your folder.

5. Click on the button "upload photos" on our product page to add all your photos or to insert a google drive/wetransfer link with all your photos.

Why are my photos not in order?

If you upload your photos on our website directly from your phone’s photo library they will not be in a specific order. You must rename your photos from your laptop if you want them in a specific order

How long will my order take to process, print and ship?

Your order starts processing one business day after it is placed. Please check the table below to find a detailed timeline of all of our products. Please note that there is an extra fee for express processing.

I need a photobook ASAP, can you accommodate a rush order?

Yes, we offer *Express Processing* of 04 to 06 business days for our pre-designed photobooks.

I can't decide which design to order for my photobook, can you help me?

Yes, we have a "How To Choose The Perfect Photobook" post. Also you can email us or message us on Instagram and we can help guide you.

What is the minimum amount of photos I need to upload to create a book?

The minimum amount of photos needed is 60 in order to preserve the quality of the book. However, you can email us at keepandprint@gmail.com or message us on Instagram if you have a specific case.

I ordered a photobook, can I see a draft of the book before printing?

For all pre-designed photobooks, the design is clear and therefore there are no drafts. For customized photobooks we have a discussion on what kind of theme/style you want and we send you a few design options to choose from along with 3/4 pages of what the book will look like to make sure this is what you want. We are grateful that you trust us to create a book you'll love.

What is your privacy policy?

Keep is committed to addressing privacy issues and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

1. All client photos are deleted permanently from our systems after 15-30 days of order date.
2. Our team consists of both male & female employees.
3. Client photos are not shared on our social media platforms without consent.
4. We may use your personal information to respond to your inquiries.

What is your return/exchange policy?

At Keep we stand behind the products we create. If you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or damage – please contact us so we can make things right. Please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Dependent upon the defective issue we ask that you provide a photo of the production error or shipping damage so that we may submit the issue to our print team.  

Keep creates one-of-a-kind products that are custom designed and are handmade. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to return your order. We cannot replace your order if the following applies: 

  • Poor image quality or low resolution of original file
  • Creases in the spine of the book
  • Typos by client

We will be able to replace (exchange) your order if one of the following occurs:

  • Typos by us
  • Missing photos
  • Paper tear inside book from shipping

If there is damage or issue to your order caused by Keep, you may opt for replacement of merchandise or a 15% dicount on your next order. Keep cannot provide refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage, and treatment. To ensure an easy return process, please send us an email at keepandprint@gmail.com with your order number and photo of defect or shipping damage. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

What is your cancellation policy? 

If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, email us or send us a message on Instagram. You have one (1) hour since receiving your order confirmation email to cancel your order. Past this time, we cannot refund or cancel any order. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Why do my photos look weird?

We are not responsible for any photo editing or changing any colors. Our printers execute photo prints exactly as they are on your devices.
